Garlic-Rosemary Turkey Cutlets

1 T. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper

1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. rosemary
2 boneless, skinless turket cutlets


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In baking dish, combine oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well. Add turkey, tossing so that both sides are evenly coated with garlic mixture. Sprinkle tops of cutlets with rosemary. Cover and bake 30 minutes or until center is no longer pink.
