Oven Fries

2 large potatoes, unpeeled
2 T. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

 


Place oven rack on upper level and preheat oven to 450 degrees. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, and again widthwise. Cut quarters into wedges and place in large bowl; set aside. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Drizzle over potato wedges, tossing to coat. Spread wedges onto prepared baking sheet and bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Loosen and flip wedges. Return to oven and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer, or until golden brown.
