Ingredients:
Bars Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Milk-Free-Soy-Free Margarine, softened
- 1 T Water
- 1 1/2 T Oil
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
- 3/4 Cup Raisins
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
Vanilla Icing Ingredients:
- 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 5 Tsp Water
Instructions:
On-the-Go Breakfast Bars Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Grease and lightly flour 13x9-inch pan.
- In large bowl with electric mixer, beat brown sugar, margarine and water, oil, baking powder mixture.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Place in prepared pan and spread with a spoon to cover the pan.
- Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
- Drizzle with Vanilla Icing.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Vanilla Icing Instructions:
- In small bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Stir until smooth.
- Add more water to achieve desired consistency.
