Nacho Casserole

Main Ingredients

1 Wedge Lettuce
1 Lb. Ground Beef
16 Ounces Canned Kidney Beans
1 Tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 plate Corn Chips
1 pint Cherry tomatoes


Main Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Farenheit.
  2. Rinse and dry lettuce and tomatoes.
  3. Cut lettuce into small pieces and quarter tomatoes
  4. Brown ground beef in skillet and drain grease.
  5. Drain kidney beans and add to meat.
  6. Add chili powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  7. Layer corn chips in a casserole dish.
  8. Next, layer meat mixture on top of the chips.
  9. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  10. Layer lettuce and tomatoes on top of the casserole.
