Main Ingredients

3 lbs. Firm Tofu
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
4 Tsp. Honey
6 Tbsp. Oil
4 Tsp. Basil
1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg
2 Tsp. Salt
1 lb. Milk-Free, Soy-Free Lasagna Noodles
3 Cups Spaghetti Sauce
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder


Main Directions

  1. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. Process tofu in food processor until smooth.
  3. Pour tofu into a mixing bowl and add lemon juice, honey, oil, basil, galic powder, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Stir until well mixed
  5. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
  6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.
  7. In prepared pan, layer as follows: spaghetti sauce, lasagna noodles, tofu mixture
  8. Make the final layer spaghetti sauce.
  9. Bake for 35 minutes.
  10. Allow lasagna to set before serving.
