Make-Ahead Sweet Potato Pie


Main Ingredients

40 Ounce Drained Canned Sweet Potatoes
1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 Dash Ground Nutmeg
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp. Softened Milk Free, Soy-Free margarine
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Apple Juice
2 Packets Gelatin
4 Tbsp. Warm Water
1 whole Unbaked Piecrust


Main Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, mash sweet potatoes.
  3. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Stir in margarine, salt, and apple juice
  6. In a small mixing bowl, combine gelatin and warm water
  7. Add to sweet potato mixture and blend well.
  8. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake for 1 hour.
  9. Allow pie to set overnight before serving.
