Ingredients

Main Ingredients

1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup softened Milk-Free-Soy-Free Margarine
1 1/2 T Oil
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
3/4 Cup Raisins
1 Tsp Vanilla

Directions

Main Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease and lightly flour 13x9-inch pan.
  3. In large bowl with electric mixer, beat brown sugar, margarine and water, oil, baking powder mixture.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients
  5. Place in prepared pan and spread with a spoon to cover the pan.
  6. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Drizzle with Vanilla Icing.
  8. Cool completely before cuting into bars.
