Oven Fries


Main Ingredients

2 Large Unpeeled Potatoes
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Onion Powder
1/4 Tsp. Course Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder


Main Directions

  1. Place oven rack on upper level and preheat oven to 450 degrees Farenheit.
  2. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
  3. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and then again widthwise.
  4. Cut quarters into wedges and place in a large bowl
  5. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  6. Drizzle over potato wedges, tossing them to coat completely.
  7. Spread wedges out on prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven.
  9. Loosen and flip wedges
